Apple Cider Vinegar in water??

I see some people saying add it to the water because it's healthy for the chickens... I see other people saying don't do it? Is it just personal preference or Is it really bad for birds to have ACV? If it is fine to give to them, can I put it in chicks water? Or do I have to wait till they get older?

I have used it occasionally. Just don't overdo it. A tablespoon per gallon is plenty.
I do put a probiotic powder in the chicks water.

I put a half a teaspoon of ACV per quart of water for them once in a while to keep them sharp. Plus, mine seem to like it. I imagine it's like giving them a fruity drink

Make sure it's organic with the mother of vinegar in it, or the benefits are minimal. Braggs is a good brand, but it's expensive.
