apple juice

7 pound of apples....I steam juiced....and got 2 quarts, 1 pint and a cup of juice. I think that was pretty good, how about you?

That was excellent! I love apple juice. I wish that I had a juicer and a blender.

I used a steam juicer. Could I food mill the left over pulp for apple butter? I put seeds and all in the steamer. Should I core apples to get rid of seeds?
