Yes. If you need more of either, let me know. They're being pretty prolific right now!
I honestly don't have room for any more eggs - the 'bators are full of my duck eggs again, and I had to pass up on the May Swap!
My hatch is over though - I got 5 chicks! (I candled the 6th egg that made it to lock-down this morning, and it obviously had died before lockdown began - I'm much too squeamish to open it up
)
It looks like I ended up with 1 White Crested Black Polish, 2 Mottled Japanese (yay!
), and two Mottled Cochins (although, one of the "Cochins" came out of that little dark brown egg and is much smaller than the other that came out of a cream-colored egg...it's Mottled and has fuzz on it's feet though, so if it's not a Cochin, it sure looks like one!).
No Silkies - but, I'm not a fan of them, really, and my friend can get more somewhere else - she lives in the city now, so she can't keep roosters, and it'll be better for her to buy some older, sexed birds.
I'm SO happy! I
really wanted the Cochins and the Japanese, and I'm going to raise up the little Polish and give it to my aunt.
Here are some pictures of the little cuties (one was still a bit wet, but I have some standard chicks hatching in the same incubator, so I scooped the little ones out before the big chicks hatched and squished them!):
