I want everyone to know that the Post office has been exceedingly rough on eggs the last month. So make sure when you package your eggs that you're packaging them really well. I package really well and even I have been getting some reports of cracked or broken eggs and that almost never happens. I have also gotten 5 boxes of eggs in the last two weeks that had cracked/broken eggs in them. The eggs were packed okay, not great but okay but the Post Office did a number on the boxes.

So, when you receive your eggs, is the breed marked or do you have to guess?

Yeah post office is being rough. I just got my 2 dozen jersey giant eggs for the easter hatch along. Why is it that people ship in the long skiny flat rate boxes? Doesn't it cost the same as the normal box looking one? I don't know how they managed it but the eggs made it safely even though the box was pushed in in a couple spots.

I am in 1 time for this swap. Sending pm shortly. Darn geese outsmarted me. I kept taking eggs so now they decided to sit on the nest egg or no egg. One is sitting and the other is laying eggs. Once they get to a reasonable number I guess I will protect myself as best I can and mark them so I can take away others. Although I do have geese hatching right now I could give her a couple babies and get her off there. But then my babies would be as anti social as the adults. I think I might mark anyway and take away, but the other one only lays every other day so they would be to old to send.
