Well, you certainly will not be bored; there are a lot of fun varieties of eggs to hatch there. It's neat that you have such a group of family & friends enjoying your hatches too. There's lots of fun to have with the hens, even without roos. I'm looking forward to hearing about your hatches as you go, so many interesting breeds.
Every weekend on my days off, my new xtra raised bed planters have been getting most of my attention by filling them with the lovely compost that my chickens have been curning for me since last year. It's full of dirt, sand, droppings, & pine shavings; then I top that with a fresh bag of organic planting mix to plant in (just in case the compost is too hot). There are a lot of pine shavings mixed in, because that's what gets tossed down on the ground to keep away the mud for better walking areas for the chickens. It's very difficult harvesting the compost from the chicken yard, because everywhere my shovel goes into the ground is where the chickens dart to, in search of fresh worms. So, I have to trick them with every shovel full, by faking them out about which dirrection I'm going to scoop. A very comical game! Everything is always a good laugh when every chickens are involved.
