I am hearing tap tap tap coming from the incubator. got one egg with a clear hole but I am not seeing any actual movement just hearing the tap tap tap

11 eggs to go.....

1 black (piped through the yolk) died.

Of my 3 Buff Brahma eggs 1 has hatched so far. Today is day 21, hopefully I'll get 2 more tommorrow! I'll Upload some pics tommorrow!

So nothing today

But both my boys swear they heard chirping!!!! Usually the boys (16yo) try to completely ignore the bator...so hoping they really heard something!!!

I so hope at least one hatches, my little girl will be so sad if they don't. We are going to set again on the 17th, and we didn't set these eggs until late on Mar.29th.... I'm thinking it may take an extra day since the temps were kinda low.

CONGRATS to all who have such cute little fuzzy butts!

Day 23-

5 black & 3 yellow in the brooder
2 black in the incubator, 2 large pips,
11 eggs to go.

Temp 100, Humidity 70%.
I have to go to work so will check again when I get home. DH made up a song for the chickies......to sing while I am gone.....
"broke 16 eggs what do I get another day older and deeper in debt," cracked 16 eggs ate the corn and Nana don't care!....."
all because I said I would worry about them while we are done to work. i threatened to stay home if he continued....lol

Now that's a great song, what a funny DH! Happy for your hatch!

Now, I will have to stay up all day tomorrow to watch....Good thing I don't have to be at work until Monday evening.
