Awesome! Glad to hear that everyone is going strong. My 10 day Air cells were about that, maybe a tad bigger. I think you're on track. But what do I know. I'm a first timer! LOL!!!

Thanks!!!! Last year they grew too big, too fast so most of my babies didn't make it to hatch

looking much better this year so far! I could see them moving around in there

So amazing to watch!!!

I had to add water and the bator hasn't been opened since I last candled, so I went ahead and opened it up to add water the easy way. I also took the opportunity to spot check a few eggs. One that I put a ? on at day 10 still looks like a quitter, but one was moving really good! Nobody stinks though, so all left in. Onward we go!

:clap Small consolation, but at least you proved its not your hatching abilities! Good luck with the ducks. Speaking of cochins, I got 2 new splash hens yesterday!! :love They will make some beautiful babies with my male.
Well that is very true. For one set of eggs to be pretty much a success and the other set a total failure...yeah, I think I can quit beating myself up that I did something wrong. :) These Bantams aren't just cute...they are STINKING cute. LOL The 2 splash hens are beautiful! Funny thing....those 2 mixed chicks I kept from my first hatch are colored so much like them. They are the BR over an ISA Brown mix. What I read said they would be white with black splotches....they look gray with black spots. Interesting...right? :)
