They are five weeks now. Two I am certain are boys due to the size of their combs, big legs, and their coloring. One actually had a red comb at 3 1/2 weeks! The third boy is slow feathering, his comb is not as big as the other two, but it is larger than the one I think is a girl. His coloring is also suspect. The one girl has a small comb so far and just *looks* girly, small legs, no signs of rooster patches/coloring, etc. She chicken bombs the boys all the time, it's pretty funny.I know Im just keep looking for more eggs and or even chickens.
My chicks are growing so fast loving it.
How did you tell what sex your chicks were?
