Took a look at the grow beds last night after work and the broccoli, cauliflower, butter lettuce, kale, chard, peas and collard greens that I planted a few days ago have already sprouted. I ended up using most of the seeds since they got wet in the refrigerator a few months back and I was afraid they'd all gotten ruined. No the case it seems. I've got upwards of 50 each cauliflower and broccoli out there, easily that many butter lettuce and collard greens and quite the mess of kale and chard. I hope the temps continue to drop over the next few weeks as I don't want a warm snap to cause the plants to stunt or bolt on me.
Wish us luck!!
