Aquasol if I only have 4 chickens?

I purchased aquasol because I suspect my chickens may have worms. However , the directions state that it shouldn’t be used if the flock weight is under 22 pounds.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Could I just lower the dosage? Or is there a better product for small flocks?
