Aracauna Madness!!

OK so I have 5 aracauana chicks and I knew they were related to the Americauna. will they lay Easter Eggs????

Erm, araucanas led to the ameraucana breed. But if you got the chicks from a hatchery and not a breeder of pure tufted, rumpless, blue egg laying araucanas, then you have easter eggers, not araucanas OR ameraucanas. Easter eggers are just a mutt breed of blue egg layer, no standard like the other two breeds.
