Araucana keeps relapsing with respiratory issues

So Cadbury wasn't doing too bad. She was sounding a little wheezy, but was still energetic so I held off medicating to see how she did on her own. Today she was in the coop and I could hear her breathing before I even walked in when I got home from work around 4:30. I gave her 1 ml of Tylan 50 injectable, orally this evening.
I just wanted to check, I'm supposed to give this 2-3 times per day for 5 days? Always orally?

She ended up dying. I had foul pox run through my flock. Everyone came through it easily, but I think with her lowered immune system she couldn't handle it. Her sister went missing (hawk, I believe) shortly after. I'm currently waiting on her one and only egg I had left to hatch this weekend.
