I got this chick from the local Co-Op so I assumed EE (even though it was labeled Araucana pullet), but as it’s grown I’ve started to wonder. It is 7 weeks old, seems rumples and looks as though it will have the correct tufts. Also want to know if it’s a pullet.

@Gray Farms
I’m leaning Aruacana, but I’m not familiar enough to say if that’s a silver duck Wing? I’m guessing. But I do have to add that if those are tufts, they’re in the wrong place. The parents of my Aruacana (who ended up tuftless) had their tufts slightly further down the neck, not that high.

In the fourth picture, jblackb042, can you tell me what kind of chicken that one in front of your new chick is? ...the one with the dark head, gold shoulders and gray bottom. I have one just like that one! She's a beautiful chicken!

It is an EE pullet. I have 2 of them that look almost identical.
