Araucana Rumpless and Tuffed

I have been wondering what is harder to get Rumpless or Tuffed. Does it make any difference Bantam or Standard. I have an idea but I am intrested in what other folks think. Thanks Tony

Tuft is harder, or are you talking about buying?

For me, I would say tufted is more rare. I have only 3 tufted and of that only one has large double tufts. Rumpless is another story. I have about half my araucanas that are rumpless, so I have a lot of work to get a decent flock of them.

A true araucana is rumpless. This is how they got there name Easter egg chickens. They are suppose to look like a rabbit in back no tail. Tuffs I have not had much experience with however I have 27 right now and about half have cheek tuffs. They all have tails except for about two of them.
