Araucana thread anyone?

I hope you all continue using this site. I love lurking here. I joined the Araucana club, but I never was given access to the forum. I am due to renew my membership and hopefully I will be able to get on the forum.

Poularde you don't have to be a member of the club to join the forum. I will send you the web page the forum is on. You just sign up for it. I works seperately from the membership so you have to sign up or they don't know you want in.

Ok, but he is not an Araucana. He is a Barred Rock. I do not think he is even shaped like a BR. His brother was completely different build. I think he is trying to pull off being an Araucana to avoid the soup pot. Smart bird...

I would love to see what I can get from him. He had a notorious poo butt for quite a while. I really do not want to breed birds with this problem. His has cleared up so I am going to give him a chance at breeding. I think.

He is rump-less. I can not feel any tailbone. It was a surprise.

That would be the start to a good barred project in the araucana. Let us know if you move forward with it.
