It could turn out completely buff which is still based on wheaten. I would say its base color is wheaten with other modifiers. My guess is it will get progressivly darker as it feathers in.Here's a picture of the odd-colored chick (from Debi) that I thought at 1st was a Wheaten but obviously isn't. I love this color and wish I could somehow duplicate it!

Here are some pictures of the Araucanas and EE crosses that hatched last weekend. The three that I know are Araucanas are from Debi. The other one may be the EE cross or the egg labelled white Araucana, I'm not sure. I had two light colored hatch and had to cull one of them. Can anyone tell me what these are? Sorry for the poor quality
