Do a search for Crossbeak. Aparently it is pretty common and not really cureable but some birds live with it better than others. Unfortunatly it all depends on how well they can eat. Lots of people cull if they have it. We have a Favorelle roo with it and he is currently just a pet looking for a new home as he is not breeding material. He is pretty (except for the crooked face) and our biggest bird. Good luck.
Thanks Puddin Fluff. I'll do that. So far, so good--I watched him eat yesterday and he seems fine. I've already decided not to breed him (and of course he's tufted!), and I'm hoping he's a girl so I can just keep her for table eggs. But even this young, he's screaming roo!
