Still waiting on my shipped eggs 
So far I've had to throw away 7 of my own eggs I was saving to set with them. The response I got from the breeder was that she had to switch the cuckoo's pen, which upset them and they temporarily stopped laying. They started back up again yesterday. I told her I've been saving my own eggs to set with her eggs so if she could to substitute half the cuckoo eggs with B/B/S and/or silver duckwing. I had also found out through conversation with her that none of her cuckoos are tufted...so no chance of tufts on the cuckoos for me. 
Honestly, I wouldn't sell eggs that don't have a chance of being tufted but whatever! So I'm kind of glad there will be other colors in there with the chance of tufts. I really hope this is the last time I have to deal with an outside seller/breeder because these past two experiences have been less than pleasant!
