How long have you had a deposit with her?
Was it her that had an incubator malfunction awhile back?
I do not think Rachel is a bad person...in fact she is very nice and helpful. I just think she has too much on her plate. She's a young mother trying to raise about 5 different types of rare breed chickens, and now she is into breeding and showing goats. I think if you ask her she will refund your money.

Most show breeders only work with one maybe 2 breeds and then only a few color varieties of the breed.

I know, right?!?! RARE breeds, at that! Plus I believe she has 5 or 6 different colors of Araucana. She must not sleep. Just the 4 different flocks I have have me running around like a mad woman!

I also haven't heard anything back from her in the past few days, and I've sent two messages. By my calculations tomorrow is hatch day, and I believe she said only 4 of the 10 or so that she put in the bator were viable.

The PRESIDENT of the Araucana Club. I bought 2 blue birchen hens from him... BIG mistake!

I know she changed her email server a while back, I just wanted to make sure I was still on the email list. I haven't received anything from her since she changed her emailing, it's been a couple weeks.
