Araucana thread anyone?

Lucy, He is glorious. It looked like his tufts were staying magnificant also.

Lanae, his tufts are off the chain! Not only are they symmetrical, they keep looking fluffier and bouncier. My four-year old son tells him, "Gomez, your tufts are bouncin' and behavin'!" He heard that expression from my sister and loves it.

Anyway, I had to trim vent feathers last night and it was nasty:(. I did my best but I'm a little fretful. I wonder what else I can do to keep their rear ends clean.
 
new to chickens (3 weeks) new to chicks i have some araucana due to hatch today fingers crossed
 
ive had some egg movment yesterday and have heard some churps (i think) but no pipping yet. good luck
