Are Amrock same breed as Barred plymouth rocks? Or just utility version?

Are they separate german breed or just bersion/sub breed or Plymouth rocks(Barred)? There are alot info on here and alot more different answers. Thanks

I read that but on other post someone said they are considered their own separate breed in germany I think it said in 1982. Also it said that they were brought there in 1870 and german breeder worked on them. I on't know which one is true.

Well, I don’t know what’s really true about them. But keep in mind that different countries have different breeds, and within breeds, different accepted varieties.
So a breed here may not be in another country.

They are technically different breeds, but are overall very similar. i wouldn't try to think too hard on it, because they are pretty much sister breeds.
