I updated pictures on page 3!! Thanks for the help!

I have 5 chicks, and thought I got all their pictures, but I would like to at least know what these are. They came with the Mama Hen. I just want to know what they are and whether any of them will lay eggs! They are obviously mixed!

I'm sorry I can't help you with the breeds. They're gorgeous, whatever they are!

I'm guessing your chicks are 3-4 weeks, so I'm going to say they are all pullets based on that. I don't see any bright red crowns. It could still change, though.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention--they are 3 weeks old.

That dark one looks like it has dark skin. Maybe there's some silkie in there? Love its pattern!

As for the others,

It'll be fun watching them grow up. Post update photos, please!

Here are my guesses.

1. RIR cross with possible EE
2. Barred Rock Silkie cross
3. Number 1 chick in front and a RIR cross with buff Orp?

Those are all good guesses, based on what she said she *might* have in this group. Although I don't remember her mentioning anything about silkies. I just hope I get one with colorful eggs! And I can't even believe they would all be pullets! Oh, I pray!
