I updated pictures on page 3!! Thanks for the help!

I have 5 chicks, and thought I got all their pictures, but I would like to at least know what these are. They came with the Mama Hen. I just want to know what they are and whether any of them will lay eggs! They are obviously mixed!

I'm sorry I can't help you with the breeds. They're gorgeous, whatever they are!

I'm guessing your chicks are 3-4 weeks, so I'm going to say they are all pullets based on that. I don't see any bright red crowns. It could still change, though.

That dark one looks like it has dark skin. Maybe there's some silkie in there? Love its pattern!

As for the others, [IMG] It'll be fun watching them grow up. Post update photos, please!

Any chance any of them are green/blue egg layers?

    Here are my guesses.

    1. RIR cross with possible EE
    2. Barred Rock Silkie cross
    3. Number 1 chick in front and a RIR cross with buff Orp?

    Just my guesses. [IMG]

Those are all good guesses, based on what she said she *might* have in this group. Although I don't remember her mentioning anything about silkies. I just hope I get one with colorful eggs! And I can't even believe they would all be pullets! Oh, I pray!

I'm in love with them all!

Here's a few more recent pictures, in the same order as above, if anyone wants to guess now. They are almost 6 weeks old here.

Chick D (pretty sure its a BO, and this one is in the 3rd photo above as well)
