Are bran sprouts okay?

I've read about grain sprouts, and I'm wondering if bean sprouts are okay to give the chickens?

DUH!! I think I just answered my own question after finding the chart.

It said no dried or uncooked beans.....

Fully sprouted beans are okay to feed. Most seeds and grains can also be fed after just an overnight soak or when just the tip of the new root is showing. Beans should be fully sprouted, with the typical longer root showing, to be safe to feed raw.
