Are buttons affected by coryza?

Been a while since my last post... Wow.

Anyway, my outdoor aviary could use a little bit of cleanup. I think button quail would do the job well, but there's one problem. I have free range chickens that hang out nearby. I haven't found any information on whether buttons are affected by coryza, but seeing as they aren't even related to coturnix, I was thinking that coryza might not be a problem with them.

Well I don't know the answer to that. However other wild birds are so I'd assume yes. Sorry that isn't very helpful.
