Are Call ducks really noisy ??

I want to purchase either Call ducks or Mandarin ducks?? Could I have some pros and cons on each breed please?
Are the Call ducks really noisy as the name states?
Thanks for any help you can give me to make a decision.

Call ducks are very noisy and not afraid to use their voices, drakes are of course like other drakes, quieter. They can fly if given a chance.

Mandarins are not a lap pet, don't tend to come to you and have to have an aviary or will be gone first chance they go air born.
