You can ask a moderator to lock the thread, if you really want to stop it. The easiest way I know to get a mod's attention: click "report" on any post in the thread, and type an explanation into the popup you get. If you don't want to single out any specific other poster, you can do it on one of your own posts. Or do it with this post of mineAlso, I feel like this thread is starting arguments, so can we please not got there? I don't know if you actually want the thread locked or not, so I'm just letting you know it is possible, and one way to have it happen, IF you want that.
Meanwhile in my neck of the woods...Have you heard a Cockatoo or a Galar screeching? If your not ready for it expect to find clean underwear while your ears are ringing.
Yeah it is very sadIf your neighbors have no tolerance for your hens they should move where the houses aren't close together and chickens aren't allowed. There aren't many places that allow chickens sadly.
There free rangeSorry Themellowywllows I was focusing on the collars and not the problem, can you soundproof your coop and block your chickens view from seeing the groundhog?
Soundproofing isn't easy but it is possible: https://www.mycosycoop.com.au/product/no-crow-coop-chloe/
