Are chicks stuck?

I think its died...
not moving, doesn't respond, no breathing.

I would open it up the rest of the way and look. When I had temp issues, I had a chick that sounded a lot like yours it pipped but wasn't pushing out. When I got it out of the shell it had like 3 loops of intestine that never made it inside it's body and it wouldn't have survived even if I helped sooner.

Honestly with the yolk being unabsorbed just earlier today it is very unlikely that it would have helped to take it out earlier, sometimes they are just too weak and they pass. You did everything right for that little one, you gave it the best chance you could, sometimes you do everything right and for whatever reason they just don't have it in them to hatch. :(
