Are Columbian Wyandottes slow maturing?

I have a four week old CW and she still is all downy with the exception of tiny feathers on her wing tips. She has grown in size and is the same as all of her hatch mates, but she just is not growing real feathers. If it were not for her size, you would think she was 3-4 days old, max.

My Columbian Wyandotte was slower to mature than my other breeds. She, like yours, too longer to feather in. But, eventually, she did!
