Are ducks heat hardy?

Looks like we may be moving to Arizona at the end of summer, it get's to be 100-120 there in the summer I am wondering if my runners will fair well. I will install misters and have a kiddie pool possibly dig a pound but do not want to take my chances of cooking my lil girls.

With plenty of shade, misters and a pond I would think they will be ok.

ive got a pekin and its bout 106 or so around here lately....just give some shade and a swimming area
