Are ducks more qiuter then chickens?

The boys are. It depends, there is no crowing all day, so that's good. But when they get excited the girls can be very loud. They don't get loud when they lay an egg though like chickens do.

In my opinion, ducks are more quiet. They don't really quack unless needed, or excited. I have Pekins and they never just keep on quacking and making rukus.
