Are farm innovator incubators good?

I just ordered this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/140759254603 Wondering what anyone can tell me about it. Are they good. i know should ask before ordering but no matter what the reviews end up being it's better then what i've currently got.

it's not working because that listing is no longer up. My husband ordered it so I can't get the info about what it was now, wish i'd wrote it down.
