Are Faverolles born with 5 toes??

Does the first one have fluffy cheeks and feathered white legs?

Faverolles do have 5 toes, but sometimes one will only end up with 4 (usually only on one foot, not both), 6 toes or extra fused toenails. What other breeds does the seller have?

We ordered 6 eggs, and received 6. 3 have hatched. 2 fit the Faverolles breed description, but the first, has no feathers on legs and has 4 toes on each foot. The breeder has several different varieties, including some Buff Orpingtons, I wondered that's what he/she might be. As it is darker than the faverolles in colour.

It's likely an Orpington then. And not a Fav mix as feathered legs, extra toes and muffs tend to carry over into crosses.
