are gourds safe for my flock?

Hello,
I planted a ton of pumpkin seeds,watermelon seeds, pinto beans,green beans,cucumbers,tomatoes and ornimentel gourds this year. Seems that the only thing producing is the gourds......I like giving my hens fresh veggies and fruits daily and I'm wondering if these gourds are safe for them as well ? also its about time to pull up my non-producing tomato plants are the leaves safe for them to eat also ? They love snacking on fresh green grass and I plant bird seed in a pot and let it sprout for them to snack on, they seem to love that.If you have any other suggestions for tasty snacks are welcomed

DO NOT give them the tomato plants. They love the tomato which is fine for them, but not the actual plant. I don't know about gourds. There is a table of safe and harmful foods on this site, but I can't find it right now.
