That depends on how many roosters and how many guineas and how they are being housed. I assume a bunch of roosters housed together would be loud since they would be in competition. Volume wise, the guineas are usually much louder. Frequency wise varies by the flock and the flock size and how much stimulation there is around you and how old the birds are.Maybe the sex too since females have a reputation for being louder but in my flock the males tend to make more noise.
If I were to record the frequency of noise by my flock of four, not counting the egg laying call, it would probably come to an hour a day or less. When I had thirteen and they were young, more like 8 - 10 hours a day lol. My two guineas that hang out with my turkeys make no noise at all unless they can't find their turkeys. They are also the least skittish and most likely to walk right up to me, even at five weeks old.
My rooster rarely crows lately, for some reason. He announces when someone is laying an egg, and he does his nighttime round up call. That's about it. So, my guineas are more noisy than my rooster but less noisy than yours, it sounds like.
