Are hatching double Yolkers risky?

It's extremely risky and not recommended. Most of the time you will lose both chicks. If one dies, the other generally follows since it's stuck with its decaying sibling. Some people have hatched them successfully, but they generally always need help and it's very likely one will die if they both make it to lockdown.
