Are ISA browns the same as Cinnamon queen?

Hey guys! Quick question, are ISA browns the same as Cinnamon queens? Looking to get more chickens and don't know the difference between the 2. TIA.

Very similar, but technically, no.
They are both Red Sex Links, so they are made of up different mixes, but they look very similar and both lay very well. I believe Isa’s are a bit better with laying eggs.

It comes down to which look you prefer.
