The ingredients list you pasted specifically states 'up to 16 weeks'. hence, it is not layer feed, which is what the OP asked about.
I said that is what *I* feed and posted the contents for that food as an example.

This is very much untrue and "organic" had nothing to do with the OP's Question..
The OP's use of the word "natural" does not have any specific meaning which is why I "defined" non-natural as non-organic. What are you saying is untrue? Are you questioning the ~$23 mark? If yes, tell me of any organic food that sells for less than about (which is what the ~ symbol means) $23.
Sheesh.
The Question the OP had was,
"I'm really wanting real natural eggs with no artificial ingredients. I'm wondering most layer pellets are natural or are they like everything else, full or msg's and artificial stuff"
I am assuming that by the way the OP had asked her question the the OP is wanting a feed that doesn't have, "artificial ingredients" and MSG [Monosodium glutamate (sodium glutamate)].
I would think if the OP wanted, "Organic" they would asked about it.
Now as for a, "natural" feed a lot depends on what you would call, "natural". There are a few brands of feed out there that are what they call, "natural" feeds and are way less than $23.00 a 50 lb bag.
If the OP is going to free range there birds they can get away with feeding a all grain pigeon feed that is a round a 16 - 21 percent protein and there is no, "artificial ingredients" in it.
The word "Natural" in poultry feed is a term that has no real true definition.
Most feed Mfg. that call there poultry feed, "natural" wont have animal products in it. To me and others that isn't a, "natural" feed for chickens (a chicken is a Omnivore and should have animal protein and fat in there diet we offer them.)
Others believe that chickens should have a souse of, "land animal" protein and fat (beef, pork, or poultry) in there diet we offer them and not just a, "sea animal" protein and fat as in Fish and Crab.
