Are male ducks aggressive, like roosters?

Yep, they're just as protective as a rooster, though to me at least, they're not as intimidating since mine can't fly up to get me

Drakes aren't quite so bad as roosters, since they don't have spurs. But Muscovy drakes have huge claws, and can be nastier to deal with than roosters.

No....It depends on the Drake really ........Mine are all okay...My Appleyard Drake now chases the dogs but its breeding season here...He still loves me..

Most drakes are just as skittish as the hens.Roosters will turn around and give you the business,sometimes,but most generelly,drakes are not human aggressive. When it comes to another male,they can be just as worse as a rooster,just tend to not make as much blood mess,or any serious injury at all,they have no spurs,only a wings and a beak to bite one another,shred feathers and slap eachother with extreme power.
