Silly question, I know. Are Mallard eggs green usually?

What breeds that you know of lay green eggs? With a slight blue tint?

Mallards have greenish-blue eggs. It depends on the hen. If you put one next to a white egg, it is noticeably "greenish".

Easter eggers lay colored eggs also.

So Daisy my mallard i think layed 3 grn and one brown is that possible?

I don't think it's Daisy's egg. What kind of chickens do you have? Do they lay brown eggs?

I have Speckled Sussex hens and they lay a light brown egg.

I just answered on your thread.

Basically, if Daisy is isolated and no other bird has access, then yes, it would seem it is possible!
