Are my 3 1/2 week Quails Male or Female?

I see possibly 5 roos if the pic's are of different birds.

Your gold chick is most likely male....the best way to sex the golds and browns is by their plummage. The males have a rusty breast, the females have speckles. I see a couple of males in the group. Whites will be hard to sex unless you vent sex or wait until egg or crow.

You can't tell the sex of quails by pictures, those are just guessing.
What you need to do is wait until they are 6 weeks or older and flip them on their back. Males will have balls showing with sperm and females will not have this if you gentle squeeze them.
But before that males will crow and females don't and will lay eggs around 9 weeks.
Coutournix , Japanese quails are pretty easy to sex because they will be full grown between 6 and 9 weeks depend what you feed them.

you can certainly tell by looking at their colors on some kinds of quail...and mine start laying as early as 6 weeks.

I will suggest this. I tried and its worked:
Most of a chicken's body sodium is in its blood. Salt deficiency therefore can cause chickens to crave blood. Resolve this issue by adding 1 tablespoon of salt per gallon of water in the drinker for one morning. Repeat the salt treatment 3 days later. This text available le in google.
I put their box both of honey and salt water. They drank from both waters according to their wishes
