Typically my chickens (I have a variety of breeds but not Novogens) start laying around 6 months, however if yours are 4 months today, they likely won't lay til Spring unless you have very effective producers. I focus on more ornamental and "pretty" breeds so they are not significant layers, but I have found that even my best producers waited until the end of Winter--the earliest pullet laying her first egg in February, at 6 months exactly, but many laying after Winter around 7-8 months despite being mature earlier. So I would say you won't get many because of their age and time of year, if any, until Winter ends or at least 2022.

But again, I'm more focused on beauty/showing than egg production so I may be off!

Are those up-to-date photos? None of the birds have particularly red, full combs yet, so you're looking at at least a few more weeks.

If you're in the northern hemisphere, with onset of winter, it's possible that some of the birds will delay laying until the days begin lengthening again.
