Are my chickens roosters

Hi I'm new to chicken raising. I was wondering if my three chickens are Roosters. One is a Buckeye about 19 weeks old. We are pretty sure he is a rooster, because of his tail feathers, but not 100% sure. The other two we bought of a guy on Craigslist and he said they are Ameraucana about 12-14 weeks old. He said they were girls, but the comb looks like a rooster compared to pictures on the internet. The other one is the most prettiest one and the same as the black the comb looks like a rooster's. We have had them for three weeks now. Please help us because we are in city limits and can't have any roosters.

I believe the Buckeye is a pullet, but the two EE appear to be cockerels.

Yes, you have two boys the man wasn't truthful.
They are handsome guys though, shame you can't keep them.
