Are my Chickens too cold?

I'm in nys and have 80 chickens and a duck. We are under 8 inches of snow and temps so cold it hurts my skin. Wouldn't ya know it, the blasted bantam Roo I have leaves home every day to go visit his best friend Harry. Harry is the neighbors horse who shares his feed with General every morning. So I'm willing to bet if my tiny bantam can play in it your flock will be fine in Texas.
