Are my duck eggs taking too long to hatch?

The duck that can't stand up is showing no signs of improvement. It seems lively though and seems to be trying to get up but it just can't. It's under the brooder at the moment drying as it is unable to do that itself in the incubator. I'm not really sure what's wrong with it so if anyone has any suggestions please do say as I am a complete newby at hatching eggs and I really want to do all I can to help the little guy.

give it some more time and maybe some electrolytes, do you have any nutridrench, savachick, pedialyte, gatorade, polyvisol without iron, etc

its a lot of work to get out of that shell

It could be that the legs had problems to begin with, but an odd position in the shell can also make them weaker. You said his foot was sticking out during hatching? That could have made them get stuck in a wrong position. Along with the electrolytes, you might want to try little braces to help his legs straighten? I'm not sure, I've never hatched ducks, but hopefully that helps.
