are my duck eggs viable for hatching?

my 3 female indian runner ducks are laying an egg every day. i have 3 male ducks as well. i will hatch them. what ambiant temps in the coop where the eggs get laid are optimum for viability? i have collected eggs presumably laid at 37-39 degrees. do i need to wait for warmer temps?

is there an issue if these ducks have the same set of parents? (altho i'm not sure about this)
