Lame roo

Could someone please tell me what is wrong with my roo? He started limping yesterday but was able to get around. Today, he can barely stand and it looks like his leg has come out of socket. He is 18 weeks old.

Have you looked at his feet for bumble foot? I would soak him in epson salt, and check for injuries that could explain it.
