Okay, I’ve seen fertilized eggs and never payed attention to the white spot.No, that white spot is a blastodisc which means the egg has not been fertilized. A fertilized egg will have a blastoderm, which is larger and looks like a white spot with a ring around it (a 'bullseye').
ThxFirst comment was the answer, but i would just like to add that all eggs have that spot Fertilized ones will just look a bit different.
