Are my eyes playing tricks on me, or are these eggs fertile?

I have 8 laying hens and two 3-4 month old chicks. Lately I've been seeing eggs that look sort of fertile...? I'm going to attach a picture of a few eggs I left in the nesting box for 24 hours.

The quality of the pictures are no good, but I'm seeing a slightly darker ring around the white spot, and then a thin ring of white around that dark ring.
