are my girls boys ???

this is linda and jan i thought that they were girls until i got some new girls and they are so much bigger the they are but they are smaller then toronga the drake

I think they are both drakes.

Can't you tell by the sound they make? Or the tail feathers?

They look like young drakes. muscovy drakes do not get the tail feather curl, also the difference in voices between the sexes is more subtle than in the mallard derived breeds. Larger size and more caruncling(sp?) in the drakes is a sex indicator.

they all sound the same to me

they do wag their tails but so do i did not relise thhat ment they were boys

that means i have 3 boys to 2 girls
